Beans:          Aduke, Azuki, Pinto, Black, Green, Red Soy, Lentils, Black-Eyed Peas

                   Avoid Copper, Garbanzo, Kidney, Lima , Navy, Red, Tamarind

Cereal:          Amaranth, Barley, Buckwheat, Kasha, Kamut, Millet, Rice, Corn, Oats, Rice, Spelt

Vegetables:   Garlic, carrots, broccoli, collard greens, kale, pumpkin, spinach, onions

                   Avoid peppers, fermented olives, potatoes, sweet potatoes, yams, cabbage, tomatoes

Fruits:           3x/day; Any fruit other than bananas, coconuts, mangoes, oranges, papayas, plantains, rhubarb, tangerines

Beverages:    Coffee, green tea, red wine, white wine

                   Avoid beer, distilled liquor, seltzer, soda, black tea

Limit Intake

Meat:           Turkey , Cornish hen, chicken. No processed meats.

Seafood:       Small amounts. Avoid whitefish and shellfish.

Dairy:           Eggs, Cheese, Yogurt, Soya Cheese, Soy Milk, Goat Milk, Feta

Oil/Fat:         1-Tablespoon Olive Oil/day, also Flaxseed oil

Nuts:            Peanuts, other nuts; Avoid Pistachio , Brazil nuts, cashews

                          High Protein, High Fat; Limited Carbohydrates

Focus on Weight Loss/Efficient Metabolism:

Avoid:            Grains, Breads, Legumes, Beans;

Eliminate:        Wheat Germ and Whole Wheat, also Corn

                    Lentils, Kidney Beans, Navy Beans, Cabbage, Brussels Sprouts,

                    Cauliflower, Mustard Greens

Emphasize:      Kelp, Seafood, Liver, Red Meat, Kale, Spinach, Broccoli

Food Suggestions:

Eat often:

Meat:             Lean beef, lamb, turkey, chicken (6 oz./meal)

                    Avoid processed meats, Goose, Pork

Seafood:        Cod, Herring, Mackerel, almost all other fish

                    Avoid Catfish, Caviar, Lox, Octopus

Dairy:             Reduce Dairy and Eggs (3-4 times/week)
